Callback
Use our Callback service in the UK or overseas from any phone without the need for coins or a card.
Dial our Callback number on 0800-998-9011 in the UK, or +44-151-325-0011 if abroad, you will hear a disconnect tone, replace the receiver. You will receive a call back and be asked to enter your Virtual Calling Card number, then you will be connected to our network allowing you to make calls. Your call will include the cost of the return call from our network which is only 1p per minute, or if calling from overseas at the low cost Net-Telco international call rate. If you are living, working or visiting overseas use our Callback service to avoid expensive calls back to the UK.
Freephone UK & USA
Use your Virtual Calling Card in the UK or USA
Dial our Freephone number in the UK on 0800-998-9012 or the USA on 1866-237-0845. You will be asked to enter your Virtual Calling Card number and then be connected to our network allowing you to make calls. Your call will include the cost of the Freephone call at the prevailing pence per minute rate.
International Gateway Dial through
Avoid high cost UK mobile calls to International numbers now
In your Net-Telco account register the telephone numbers you want to call from to use this service.
Examples of where you would use this service are with your mobile telephone when you want to call an international number. Simply dial our International gateway on 0151-325-0012 and follow the instructions. You will be connected to your international number but only charged at the UK landline call rate from your mobile and the low cost Net-Telco international call rate, not the high cost International call rate your mobile provider would charge. It is even cheaper if you have inclusive UK landline minutes with your mobile package, then you only pay the low cost Net-Telco international call rate.
Why not take advantage of our low cost call rates to international countries from your home phone. Register your home phone number, or any other number you want to allow to take advantage of this service, through your Net-Telco account. Dial our International gateway on 0151-325-0012 and follow the instructions. You will be connected to your international number but only charged at the low cost Net-Telco international call rate plus your telephone providers normal UK landline rate, in many cases this is already included in you monthly cost with them so you only pay the low cost Net-Telco international call rate.
